Architect Bian Baoyang, the chief designer for Planning and Architecture of Xilingol Steppe & Volcano Tourism Resort, speaks about the design idea at the conference of Xilinhot tourism and development. The resort is situated in an extraordinary steppe & volcano topography, located north of Beijing, featuring grand steppe and volcano landscapes, sandy deserts, and a lake. The design is inspired by the luxury natural landscape, highlighting the visiting route and wild experience. The volcano hotel takes “make-up” as the design approach. This resort, which includes planning, hotels, and visitor centers, is currently in progress and is expected to break ground in 2023. (Photo/The Organizer)
