The Lushan West Sea Art Center is published in the magazine INHERITAGE (No.39) in Taiwan. Under the theme of “Dynamic Dialogue” in the Summer Issue, the Lushan West Sea Art Center showcases a dynamic façade and sequence with a rhythmic aesthetic, one of the featured projects alongside ZHA, gmp, MVRDV, BIG, and 3XN.
The Art Center was completed by the team led by architect JUNG Donghyun in 2021. Inspired by the undulating terrain and lake, the architecture aims to connect people with nature’s senses and evoke the vigor of the place. The waves’ landscape wall, outlined by wind, light, and greens, together define an approachable ShanShui place.
