PLAT ASIA won the first prize in the international bid for the super high-rise and business district planning of Daminggong in 2017. The project was recently reported by the well-known Indian architecture media, Rethinking the Future.
The super high-rise complex comprises three high-rise towers and a podium. The wave shape decreases the shear force from the wind. It contains a hotel, a shopping mall, and an office. The Business District plans to develop a modern high-rise and a traditional-style mid-rise.
