PLAT ASIA designed the Seven Leaves Bodhi Desert Hotel in the Kubuqi Desert based on the abundant experience and extraordinary innovation in natural architecture. The project is developed by the Elion Group, which specializes in ecotourism in the desert and green economy. The project aims to serve the annual Kubuqi International Desert Forum and visitors. Located on the lakeside of Seven-Star Lake, looking at the lake, desert, and sky, the hotel features the first eco-hospitality project positively growing with the desert in the world.
The principal architect, Bian Baoyang, was inspired by the Seven Leaves Bodhi, creating a mirage scene, stars accompanied by the moon, and all seven incredible sceneries for the hotel, seeking renewal and harmony with nature at the desert hotel in the future.
