Architect Ryu Seungbo shared his project experience with the master plan for the country and city in China. For the country’s master plan, the development qualifications and limitations for different types of land are critical. At present, the country’s development model is transforming qualified residential construction land into tourism land, then building and fostering industry.
For the city masterplan, the research stage starts with the master plan, followed by the regulatory detailed plan and the detailed construction plan. PLAT ASIA recently completed the Jinghe River New Town CBD and Yangqisi Temple Tourism Planning, which were completed throughout this process.
During the discussion, architect JUNG Donghyun mentioned it is deserved considering that architectural design is involved in the planning stage. Designer Liu Guowei referred to the Rural Complex project, which contains an integrated design dialogue between planners and architects.
