President JUNG Donghyun is invited to participate in the Zero-Carbon City Exploration Plan & Urban Design Forum in Guangzhou. His speech “Sustainable Design” talks about the history of sustainability, which was first proposed at a UN conference in 1987. Based on the various design strategies from natural projects of PLAT ASIA, the speech focuses on the approaches to sustainable architecture. Reacting to the climate and environment, along with humanized design, helps enhance efficiency and decrease waste. And the design idea applied in the projects includes respecting nature and seeking a harmonious urban life.
