XIAOBANG Since 1999, Hunan Cuisine Restaurant has been open to the public this month in Changsha. This restaurant was designed by the PLAT ASIA team led by architect JUNG Dongyun; the scope includes architectural renovation, landscape, and interiors. It featured a garden restaurant inspired by the Huxiang Culture and derived from the discussion between architects and clients XINCHANGFU, finally proposed a translation from the mountains, rivers, and culture of XIANG to a contemporary urban place in a complex environment. It creates an immersed atmosphere, blending landscape into the restaurant, bringing a unique red color presented by Huxiang.
