The PA+ Series firstly invited the architect Zhong Yiming, architectural director of AECOM, to make a keynote speech <Multi-Layered Ground City – Beijing Sub Center Station Hub>. As an architect, he engaged in this project, which featured iconic and diverse types of public participation and influenced people’s lives in the future. The speech introduced classic film scenes taking place in the station, expressing the vision of integrating life into the station. The design idea of the station resolves three questions, ranging from the city, development, and people. What is it like to be a city center at a station hub? How can the city be active through the underground station? How can they create the same feel as a city in an underground station?
