The Foresky Community Center is under construction in Beijing. Principal architect JUNG Donghyun, architect Liu Guowei, and designer Wang Haiyu recently made an inspection tour of the construction site. The project adopts the Gather as the interior concept, applies a modular frame to the design language, and combines the functions of a restaurant, fitness center, café, kids’ center, and a high-quality shop under one strategy, generating a service and social community center. Natural, touchable materials and a gathered space create a close and friendly atmosphere, both in spirit and physically. The project is predicted to open in 2025.
