Senior Designer

1. A Bachelor’s degree in architecture and above,
2. Five years working experience in architecture, worked as senior architect or project director in large – scaled projects.
3. Excellent software skills in AutoCAD, Rhino,Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
4. Excellent planning and architectural design skills, proficient in the overall design process, constructiondesign and site management.
5. Proficient in Chinese architectural regulations, excellent skills in conceptual design.
6. Applicants with overseas education background or working experience would be preferred.
7. Class 1 Registered Architect (PRC) is preferred.
8. Good team players with excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility would be preferred.

Intermediate Designer

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture and above,
2. Two years working experience in architecture.
3. Developed skills in architecture model-making and studying, well-trained in further research and project design.
4. Excellent software skills in AutoCAD, Rhino,Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
5. Applicants with overseas education background or working experience would be preferred.
6. Good team players with English proficiency and sense of responsibility would be preferred.

Assistant Designer

1. A Bachelor’s degree in architecture and above,
2. Excellent software skills in AutoCAD, Rhino,Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
3. Developed skills in architecture model-making and studying, well-trained in further research and project design.
4. Applicants with overseas education background or international working experience would be preferred.
5. Good team players with English proficiency and sense of responsibility would be preferred.

Intern Architect

1. Student currently enrolled in an undergraduate architecture design programme.
2. Excellent software skills in AutoCAD, Rhino,Sketchup, Photoshop, etc
3. Good comprehensiveness. Ability to provide efficient assistance in design process.
4. Full-time internship period of no less than one month.
5. Passionate for learning and self-motivated.
