Baoyang BIAN, endeavoring to embrace challenges from difficult design conditions, he practice in architectural design industry for twenty years, expertized in the technique drawings, participate many big scale projects in corporate with architecture design institutes from 2002 to 2005, then was designated principal manager at UAA in 2009 and in charge of almost all projects as a project manager. In 2010, he together with Donghyun JUNG established the PLAT ASIA, as chairman, lead the team completed impressive awarded projects and programming much strategies projects in terms of tourism and cultural industry. Consistently struggled and practiced in western China, the land with grand landscape but poor live conditions. There is a great piece of Xiangshawan Desert Lotus Hotel (PLAT ASIA + UAA) he charged and made effort for incredible support and execution during almost ten years of this project. Care of the frontier of design, he also has been invited to well known design forums.
