The hotel is the first significant example of innovative architecture in the desert in China; it has challenged the unique environment, technology, materials, construction, and builders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past 10 years, the resort has seen a significant increase in tourists, becoming a leading tourism brand in Ordos and gaining worldwide influence, thereby helping local economic development. This project has won many awards worldwide during its construction and operation as a progressive practice.
