Hailar Disabled Persons’ Federation designated PLAT ASIA for the Hailar Accessibility Theme Park in Hulunbuir, which is the third Barrier-Free park designed by PLAT ASIA. It is located in the southeast corner of the Square Genghis Khan, which is in the cold zone.
The disabled pavilion installation is inspired by the vast green steppe of Hulunbuir, the dynamic Hailar River, and native vegetation – Chinese chives (Allium ramosum L.). The park combines locality into an extended barrier-free experience in the urban park.
